Qian Zhang

Prof. Zhang received his MD degree from Peking University Health Science Center in 2000 and his PhD degree from the First Hospital of Peking University in 2005. He worked as Attending Doctor of Peking University First Hospital in 2005-2007 and went to The Chinese University of Hong Kong twice as visiting scholar in 2006-2007.
He is currently the Vice Chief Doctor and Associate Professor of Peking University First Hospital and Deputy Director of Institute of Urology, Peking University. He is also a committeeman of Chinese NHFPC’s Endourological Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Expert Committee, Committeeman of Endourological Society of Chinese Urological Association, Fund Evaluation Experts of Chinese National Natural Science Foundation and Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Director of Beijing Guo Yinglu Foundation for Urology Development, etc.
Prof. Zhang has been engaged in clinical works, teaching and research on Urology and Andrology fields for more than 20 years, awarded 8 scientific research grants from China National Natural Science Fund and Beijing Medical Association & MSD Urology Scientific foundation. His major research interest focuses on cancer epigenetics and he has authored numerous articles on Laparoscopic operation and urology.
